Inditex

On the occasion of its imminent IPO, Inditex, the holding company that owns brands such as Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho and Pull & Bear, commissioned Summa for the creation of the corporate brand that didn’t exist until then. Our recommendation was to elevate Inditex to the category of corporate brand, providing it with its own content and visual identity. We also created the Bershka brand identity and redesigned the Massimo Dutti brand.

We developed a comprehensive plan for the international expansion of LILY, covering the introduction to Europe and analysis of the Russian market. This included extensive research, strategic analysis, and the formulation of a detailed action plan with specific timelines and deliverables.
We evaluated the European market, analyzed the competition, and created a strategic positioning map. In Russia, we identified opportunities and challenges, formulating effective entry strategies. The implementation resulted in a solid foundation for LILY in Europe and an effective plan for its expansion in Russia.

In collaboration with PETRATEX, we created a high-performance sustainable sportswear line for ECOALF, combining sustainability and cutting-edge technology.

These initiatives helped ECOALF expand its presence in the sportswear market and broaden its product range through licensing, resulting in greater brand visibility and a positive impact on its valuation.

We designed and established the purchasing office structure for RENNER in Asia (China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Pakistan), the largest Brazilian retailer. Our approach included defining processes, hiring teams, and implementing management systems.
This structure allowed RENNER to optimize its purchasing operations and improve efficiency in the supply chain.
